Apex Legends - "team" info updates are sometimes missing on legend select

Issue Description: since the Apex update on April 7th, 2020,
the champ select info update is not consistent at all. sometimes only being received for 1 player out of the entire team, sometimes for 2 and sometimes for all. (it used to arrive for all 3 legends 100% of the games).

Steps to reproduce:

  1. enter a game, wait for legends select events.
  2. if some didn’t arrive - be sad.
  3. if all 3 arrived, go back to step 1.

Impact for my app: mid
