'pseudo_match_id' event for Valorant

*** Feature Description:** Add a ‘pseduo_match_id’ or ‘matchID’ event for each Valorant match, as provided with events for other games such as CSGO, Fortnite, etc.
*** Impact for my app:** Medium
*** What is your current pain point?** Need this event to serve as a reference to group players that are playing the same match.

note for stuff: after FR is accepted, add a link to the internal ticket.

Hey,

Pseudo match id is an internal value of Overwolf, it is not related officially to Riot.
If you want to add an official match ID we can add it to our backlog and prioritize it accordingly.

Hi,

As long as the event fires with each new match and the id is unique / common for each player in that match, that should suffice. Whether it is generated by OW or Riot is not important for my purposes.

I’m developing the Altera mapping tool. It is not live in the store yet.

@mrh544 yesterday we released the pseudo_match_id for Valorant.
You can relaunch your OW client to get the update.

Of course, you will have to relaunch the game too the see it.
