[R6] Events are sent (and highlights captured) for the wrong player

It seems that GEP sends events of the wrong player in some cases - maybe if players are friends / in a party. - Not tested, but confirmed issue in logs / clips (attached)

@Eyal just to update: so it’s looks like the issue here is that sometime killed teamate returns is_local":"1" while it shouod be is_local":"0".

Anyway, we are still trying to find on which scenario it’s happening and release a fix.

@Eyal, can you please send logs, the exact timeframe of the issue, and a video if possible? Without that, it will be hard to investigate.

@eransharv I don’t have the logs / exact timeframes I’m afraid.
It sounds similar to the old issue though, so might be related to that somehow.
