R6: Siege `matchOutcome` event is fired before the last round's `roundOutcome`

Issue Description: matchOutcome event is fired before the roundOutcome event of the last round in a match. Also it seems to fire before kill or headshot event of the last kill in the last round (users complaing that sometimes their game is countd with -1 round / headshot / kill).
Steps to reproduce: Run R6 → Play a match → Check event sequence in a last round
Impact for my app: mid
