Issue Description:
Events with the game event handlers never fire in the new R6 season.

Can you reproduce it (exact steps to reproduce):
Simply download this dev app events-sample-apps/rainbow-six-sample-app at master · overwolf/events-sample-apps · GitHub and install the unpacked extension and you’ll see that the events don’t fire.

Impact for my app:
Completely breaks it.

Do you currently have a workaround?
No

Please reproduce and attach a zip package of your OW client logs
No exact time as there’s nothing in the logs that indicates the events don’t fire, but I’ve included them anyways.
